Webinar sponsorships offer a great value with multiple promotional exposure points. With annual attendance surpassing 100,000, it has become a coveted sponsorship opportunity with a limit of three sponsors per webinar.

The IIA offers a number of webinar opportunities that allow companies to share their message with thousands of people every month.

 Webinar Inclusions*:

  • Recognition in select North America IIA email communications

  • Pre-session flash commercial with audio or PowerPoint slide

  • Tile ad on webinar console

  • Post-event survey question with results shared with sponsoring organization

  • Thought leadership or other topic-specific resources posted to Resources Section

  • Post-event attendee list, which includes individuals who have consented to provide their name, email, title, employer, and state/province

Unless otherwise stated, advertising specs are JPG or GIF file, 50K max file, static only with URL link.
Pre-Session Video/Slide All sponsors will be included in the pre-session video shown continuously for 15 minutes prior to the webinar. You have two (2) options:
Option 1 - Provide your own pre-made slide or video commercial with audio. MP4 file, max of 45 seconds, frame size minimum of 720 x 540, data rate 500 kbps or lower, frame rate 15 fps or lower.
Option 2 - Create your own 1920 x 1080 pixels slide to be inserted in pre-session video.
Post-Event Survey QuestionOne question with five multiple choice answers specifically related to the webinar topic; subject to approval by The IIA
